| We are very excited
about the opening of our newest Norris Lake Lakefront Vacation and Sales Development at Powder Mill Hollow. These beautiful
properties are three miles from Alder Springs Village and offer a rustic and secluded
atmosphere. The property got it's name dating back in the Civil War days, when they
manufactured gun powder for the Confederate troops here in the area.
This property is almost untouched
with large trees and rolling terrain down to the waters edge. We
have left the property in as close to the natural state as
possible. Road access is currently gravel with plans for paving in
the Summer 2004. Water will be brought in at the same time as the
roads are finished. The electric is in on the first level of
Lakefront lots.

into the survey, layout, and restrictions of this property. The
effect of this planning has afforded the owners a steady increase
in investment as the lakefront property becomes less available on
Norris Lake.

We have preserved a large area of
property that will dry in the Winter months. This will ensure that
